- Kath picked us up at 5:30 (thanks, Kath)
- and it had snowed again all night
- after checking in, had breakfast at airport (D)
- flight departed on time
- but was 1/2 hour late arriving - head winds
- snow storm was all the way down to Dallas
- Dan & Candy met us at HRL (R)
- lunch at Longhorm Cattle Co near Harlingen - c pix (D)
- unpacking went smoothly
- when temp was in low 70's
- although we have a "Hard Freeze Warning" overnight
- couple hours buying groceries (R)
- worst news: neighbor won't share their Internet connection
- so we're back to square one
- quiet supper at home
- groceries took so long, we missed bingo
- had to take outdoor flower into shed
Glad that you all are there safe and sound. Still very very cold here. Schools were 2 hours late, some were even closed. I am making our reservations for the Travel Lodge today in Pharr for our trip down there next weekend. Can't wait to get out of this weather!! Love you all!
