- high fog, breezy & warm morning: 66
- made a run for auto parts, grocery, pawn shop
- lunch in hall before the Wednesday "Jam"
- service calls - gettin' there
- Jim went to the "Jam" while Diane & I each took a nap
- Jim fixed Dan's car lens
- show tonight was best ever which included 4 musical families
a) Lindley Creek
b) The Punches
c) The Harpers
d) The Links
Each included kids of all ages from 9 to mid 20s plus father & mother, all of whom sang & played at least one instrument. And each was an outstanding musician. Each family did 5 or 6 songs; then the kids did 9 songs. While I don't generally like bluegrass, these families were most entertaining.

  1. Do you have to pay for these concerts? If not, who pays for their performance? Seems like that place gets a lot of nice talent for you snowbirds.
    How's the blog traffic?
It is a super-foggy day here so far. High of 50.

  2. Concerts are not free. Price varies from $5 to $12 last night. And yes, we have good entertainment, but have a committee who works the problem. It's quite a large undertaking.

Blog traffic yesterday was the highest to date with 41 accesses.

Glad it's warmer up there even with the fog.
